Position Overview:
As an experienced installer, you will be responsible for the professional installation of stone surfaces in residential, multi-family, and commercial settings. Working closely with our fabrication and project management teams, you will ensure every installation is executed with precision, safety, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install granite, marble, quartz, and sintered surfaces to meet exact specifications and customer expectations
- Interpret technical drawings, templates, and layout designs for proper installation
- Operate and handle materials safely using cranes and appropriate lifting equipment
- Conduct on-site measurements and ensure accurate fit and finish
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members
- Identify and resolve any installation issues in the field
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in stone surface installation preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and layout instructions
- Familiarity with handling natural and engineered stone materials
- Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to consistently lift 50 to 75 pounds and safely use cranes for material movement
- Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines
- Valid driver’s license
